Hyundai cars near Springfield aren’t just fuel efficient. Now, a Hyundai may play an integral part in saving the world, in the hands of Jack Bauer from Fox’s hit TV show ‘24’.
Recently, Hyundai has agreed with the show to increase sponsorship. The rough and tumble secret agent Bauer will drive a Hyundai as he seeks to free the world of oppression, track down terrorists, and prevent catastrophic disasters every Monday night on Fox.
A spokesman from Hyundai confirmed the involvement of Hyundai in a product integration sponsorship on the series. The spokesman is quoted as saying, “We’re delighted with the exposure we have received from one of the top-rated shows on TV. “It’s a great way to open eyes to our terrific products.”
Ford, which previously had the top spot on the series in terms of product integration, will still maintain a position on the show. Government ages will drive the Ford Escape and Expedition, while the show’s lead character Bauer will drive a Hyundai. There has not yet been an announcement as to which Hyundai model will be featured.

I think with Hyundai’s recent popularity in the automotive industry we will be seeing much more of this growing brand where we least expect it.
