The folks at Connecticut’s Courant publication have reviewed many cars over the years. They have also done many Hyundai reviews. In this particular article, they said most cars blend in with the others and other CT drivers hardly take notice. When they did Hyundai reviews for the new Genesis, however, many people took notice.
The Genesis is going to be Hyundai’s new luxury flagship sedan. The thing that makes this model different than other luxury cars is its price and its appearance – two of the things that many car buyers look for when searching the lots. When the reviewers encountered other drivers in these new Hyundai cars, they got many curious questions. “Is that a BMW?” one man at the fuel pumps asked. “How does it ride?” asked another curious bystander.
The Genesis is set to launch next year and it is the automaker’s first attempt at manufacturing a luxury sedan. And while the term “base version” has a negative appeal to many buyers, the Genesis is an exception. Even though it’s a “base version,” it is still “lavishly equipped.”
