All about the 2009 G6 Pontiac Cars

If you like the G6 Pontiac cars thus far, you’re going to really like the new features available on the 2009 model.

General Motors announced last week that the automaker was planning on refreshing its G6 design for the new model year. The 2009 models go on sale in January 2009 and here are some things you can expect from it.

• A new instrument panel with trim updates and new color combinations
• The new MY LINK system allows drivers to integrate their BlueTooth devices and other gadgets into a single interface for ease of use and better safety.
• The front end of these Pontiac cars is more “aggressive” with a chrome grille complete with a honeycomb pattern. The new G6 also has redesigned headlights, a new wheel style, dual exhaust and even a spoiler with the sport package.
• The new G6 comes with 164 horsepower and a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine.
• Paddle-shifting is mounted on the steering wheel and you can get the G6 wit a six-speed automatic transmission for further convenience.

“The G6 has always been one of our most important vehicles and has been Pontiac’s number-one seller since it was launched in 2004,” said the VP of Buick-Pontiac-GM. Why not visit a Newtown Square area dealer of Pontiac cars today and get more information about these popular vehicles.
